How the Subconscious Mind Affects High Performance

  • 2 Steps

About

A recent study revealed how many workers are on the edge of quitting their jobs because of stress. Nearly two-thirds of the surveyed workers – 63%, to be precise – were ready to quit their jobs as a result of workplace stress. In contrast, high performing teams are different in 3 key ways according to a Harvard Business Review Study (HBR): autonomy, competence, and relatedness. HBR also found 5 key differences in how these teams act: 1. Overcommunication: High-Performing Teams Are Not Afraid to Pick Up the Phone 2. Meeting Frequency: High-Performing Teams Are More Strategic With Their Meetings 3. Building Connection: High-Performing Teams Invest Time Bonding Over Non-Work Topics 4. Recognition: High-Performing Teams Give and Receive Appreciation More Frequently 5. Authenticity: High-Performing Teams Are More Authentic at Work High performance coach Emma Matthews joined us again for a one-time virtual event. Emma talked about the subconscious mind: - Learn what the subconscious mind is - Learn the "rules" of the subconscious mind - Getting your subconscious mind on your side to power a sustainable high performance mindset And more! Susan Goebel, CEO of Scaling Management Consulting Group, was speaking about team and having the right person in the right spot on your team at the right time. Including going over what an Accountability Chart and Organization Chart are and how to use these in your business. Don't forget to check out our upcoming events.
