A recent study revealed how many workers are on the edge of quitting their jobs because of stress. Nearly two-thirds of the surveyed workers – 63%, to be precise – were ready to quit their jobs as a result of workplace stress. In contrast, high performing teams are different in 3 key ways according to a Harvard Business Review Study (HBR): autonomy, competence, and relatedness.
