  • How do I access my programs?
    Log into your account and you can access your programs under My programs. Please contact Support if you believe your account is missing any program access.
  • What programs are included with my membership?
    If you are a on the free version, you are able to purchase any of our programs in the shop. If you have a paid membership, the Scaling Roadmap Program is included in your subscription and you can access that in your membership area.
  • Is this person really an expert in my industry or niche?
    A great question - fundamental business principles are just that… fundamental. There will sometimes be things that are industry specific however. That’s why we provide the LinkedIn link to our Fractional Leaders. That information is more in depth than our bio and will help make sure you select the right candidate for your question.
  • I can’t purchase a template from your shop.
    To access the template payment page, you will need to create an account and log in
  • I didn’t receive my download.
    When you complete your payment for templates, there will be a download link on the confirmation page. A confirmation email with the download link will also be sent to you which will be active for 30 days. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder for your confirmation email. If you have any other issues, please contact Support at support@scalinggrp.com
  • What kinds of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards. Paypal is not accepted at this time.
  • How do I use my shop credit (coupon) with my membership?
    A separate email titled “ Welcome to ScalingResources.com“ is sent with your unique coupon code after your membership signup has completed. At checkout, there will be a box for entering your coupon code. If you did not receive your coupon code, please contact us at support@scalinggrp.com and include your receipt number. Coupon codes can be used for Template Shop purchases only.
  • How do I access my purchase?
    When you complete your payment for templates, there will be a download link on the confirmation page. A confirmation email with the download link will also be sent to you which will be active for 30 days.
  • How can I book more calls than allotted in my subscription?
    If you have subscribed to the Founder membership you can pay for as many calls as you like in a month. If you have subscribed to the Seasoned Leader membership you receive 3 free call bookings per month and are able to pay for added calls if needed at a discount using your coupon code. If you are having trouble with your code please contact us at support@scalinggrp.com.
  • How do I book an expert for a long term for my team?
    There are two ways to go about this. You can speak directly with the expert you’d like to contract with, or Contact us directly at support@scalinggrp.com
  • How can I find out what subscription I've purchased?
    When you log into your account please go to My Subscriptions to locate the plan you are on. If you are on the free subscription, this area will indicate there is no plan purchased.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Under Account Settings click on My Subscriptions. Expand your plan details with the ^ on the right. There is the option to cancel your membership here. Please be aware memberships are billed monthly and are nonrefundable once billed.
  • How do I receive a refund?
    We encourage you to think carefully about our products or services before purchasing to ensure they are the right fit for your business. If you have any questions, you can contact a member of Scaling Management Consulting Group, Inc. at support@scalinggrp.com. Each of our products and services come with a specific cooling-off and refund period, as follows: Subscriptions are able to be canceled at any time and will become effective at the end of the subscription month. You can request a refund in writing to support@scalinggrp.com within 24 hours of purchasing or renewing the subscription (the cooling off period) to cancel and receive a refund less the credit card processing fees. Within the refund request email, please include any relevant information such as your receipt number, the reason for requesting refund and any relevant supporting evidence when requested. Also confirm that you have permanently deleted any downloads of our products. We reserve the right to accept or deny any refund request based on reason, use of product or supporting evidence. Individual Products (non-subscription) - you can request a refund in writing to support@scalinggrp.com within 24 hours of purchasing the product Within the email, please include relevant information such as your receipt number, the reason for requesting refund and any relevant supporting evidence when requested.   • Can you send me an email with the brochures? I’m not ready to make a commitment just yet.

  • What if I cancel a booked call will I get my allotted call back?
    Calls cancelled 24 hours prior to the booking time will allow another call to be scheduled in the future. If you do not show up for the scheduled call, it will count towards the total calls allotted for the month. Please manage all bookings in your My Bookings area to reschedule or cancel.
  • How do I contact the Marketplace Experts?
    Each Marketplace Expert is a Trusted Partner with us as we deliver services for our Fractional Operations clients. When you click on their bio there is a link to click to connect directly with the expert and speak with them.
  • Are there any discounts if I use the Marketplace Experts through your website?
    Some of our experts have provided special discounts or offers for us if you book using the links or contacts with us. This is not however a requirement for them to be listed as a trusted partner.
  • How many calls can I book?
    If you are a Founder member you can pay for as many calls as you like in a month. If you are a Seasoned Leader member you receive 3 free call bookings per month and are able to pay for added calls if needed at a discount using your coupon code.
  • How do I know how many calls per month I have left?
    Under account settings and My Subscriptions expand your plan details with the ^ on the right. Under Sessions Remaining it will show your remaining calls for the month.
  • This seems like a lot of time. I just need a quick question answered.

  • I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my call. How can I confirm the call?
    Emails may end up in the Spam or Promotion folders - don't forget to check there. You can access and manage all your upcoming calls by logging into your account in the upper right hand corner and under My Bookings.
  • How do I book a meeting with an In House Expert?
    Booking an Expert by following these steps. Access Experts in the top Navigation and choose In House Team to see the Executives available for a booked call. Choose Read More to learn about the executive of your choice. Once the expert is chosen click Book Meeting to see their schedule and book a time that is suitable for your calendar. Follow the prompts to choose your time and complete payment.
  • How do I book calls after my monthly 3 calls have been used up on my paid plan?
    After 3 calls have been completed, you will receive a coupon code that allows you to book additional calls at a discounted rate. If you did not receive the email and coupon code, please contact us at support@scalinggrp.com with your receipt number.
  • Can I bring a team member to my booked call?
    Prior to the call, please communicate and provide all materials and potential participants needed to the booked expert for approval.
  • Where will my call be?
    All calls will be remote and virtual, specific details will be shown in the booking confirmation, under Your Account and My Bookings.
  • Can I ask for a recording of the call?
    Yes. Please ask the In House expert if the method of connection allows for recording (most but not all have a feature for this) and ask for a copy. Materials recorded during your call are for private use only.
  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel my call?
    Under account settings and My Bookings expand your booked details with the ^ on the right. On the right side of each booked call there are the options to View more Details, Reschedule or Cancel your booking.
  • When can I book a meeting with the Fractional COO?
    When you need it! You can meet with the Fractional COO of your choice when their calendar is open and available for bookings. If you have any trouble, please reach out to support@scalinggrp.com.
  • How much advice can I get in short meetings?
    Our clients get actionable guidance to their pressing issues with just 1 conversation. The key is to come to the meeting prepared! If you are unsure what “preparation” looks like for your question - communicate with your COO and ask. It’s never too early to connect with us!
  • How do I know who to book with?
